• The first site I picked was EBSCO; this particular site had lots of information for writing a very detailed research paper. You can find so many free articles on this site to help with a successful paper. I found it even more helpful when I found out you could cite your articles right there on the article page. It is super easy to access the correct format for your citation page. The information on this site was good; most of the articles that I read were quite current. I found some articles from 2011. It’s fast and very easy to navigate. I had no troubles trying to find information on specific topics. This site is a great site for lots of reasons, it would be useful to show students how to cite papers, or find current articles for their research papers. Students will find that this site will be great for a good research paper. It will be a better tool for students to use rather than searching through Google. EBSCO

  • Preschool Pioneer was a great site. I am definitely going to use this site when I start having my own children. On this particular site you are able to access learning videos and media. It will be a great learning tool in the house for parents. On this site there is lots of good ideas for helping preschool aged kids start learning, there are lots of fun and cute videos to watch. It’s really easy you just need to sign up with a username and password. You can find videos, which was a piece of cake, so easy to find specific topics. As an educator I would use this link on my wiki-space for all parents to access this site. This is a perfect site for all students, especially kindergarten classes. If I were to let parents know about this site, it would be a wonderful tool to use when kids get home to help them understand more about things they learned in class that day. Preschool Pioneer

  • ALA Internet Resources is a great site for children. It has many different links to games, music, museums, and activities. The information is easy; there is a search tool on the site so you can search specific topics to learn about. It’s not hard to find certain stuff you are looking for it would be very easy for a child to access. As an educator I would show students in the classroom the site and encourage them to take home the knowledge to a parent and play more around with the site. They can find all kinds of activities on there and will help the student learn web browsing skills. ALA
